LONDON. March 12. The Hungarian delegation has agreed to grant sixty million florins for war purposes. Russian troops are moving on Constantinople. The Chancellor of the Exchequer replying to a question stated that Government had no information that Russian troops were fortifying' Bulgaria, but that they were stfl! distant twelve miles from it. The Tanjore arrived at Galle on March 12th. o ; [Special to the Ai-gtis.] LONDON. March 12. The Italian Ministry has resigned, Don Carlos is the new President. Chamber! is trying to form a cabinet. Andrassy repudiates that occupation. It is probable that England and France will take joint action respecting Egypt, the Western Powers supporting the admission of Greece to the congress.
