Judgment for the plaintiff for amount claimed, and costs Os. Another debt case by Mr Adams was settled out of court, and two other cases were struck out.

Thomas North v. Koraene ; larceny of a pair of scissors. Imprisonment with hard labour, for three calendar months in Wanganui gaol.
Constable Wilson summoned Tikorangi for being drunk and disorderly. Fined 10s, or 4b hours imprisonment.
