Same v 'William Butcher; claim. £24 ss. Judgment for amount, and costs 255. Constable Shiels summoned Thomas Turner, for Breach Of Impounding Ordinance in allowing 8 horses to wander at large. Fined to 2s Gd a head, and costs Gs Gd. Friday, February 8. G. T. Potto vA. Knight. Judgment summons for £G 4s. To hj; paid within one week or one month s imprisonment at New Plymouth. Costs, 12s Gd. Hoani v Jacomb & Co. Claim for wages £2 10s. Adjourned to 19th. Judgment was given for education Board in two cases for Education fees. Sergeant Whelan summoned H. I. Davis (poundkeeper), for breach of the Impounding Ordinance in allowing four bead of cattle to wander. Fined 2s Gd a head; and costs Gs Gd. Constable Shields charged a Maori with being drunk and incapable at Carlyle on the sth instant. Fined 10s and costs Gs Gd. [Tliis was pressed out last issue.]
