Judgment by default for plaintiff for amount and costs £l, and solicitors fee £1 Is. Tuesday, January 15. Constable Hynes summoned two Maoris for being drunk and disorderly. Bail, 20s, was forfeited in each case, Gs 6d being deducted for costs.
