HAWERA SCHOOL.
(Mr D. Thomson, Schoolmaster.) Tms school was examined by the Inspector of Schools (.Mr Lee) on the 24th of November. The following are the names and number of marks in the different Standards of scholars who passed: Standard I.—Bradley, 190; A. Tait, 190; Syme, 180; Hawke, 170; G-. Tait, 170; Secombo, 155: Ilarkness, 140; McCusker, IGO. Standard ll—Symes, 172; tlsslicr, 171; E. Harkness, IG7; G. Home, 145; C. liarkncss, 129; J. Home, 120. It will be remembered that present Master has only been in possession about three months.
