BROADBENT, Draper and Clothier , that several parties or persons think, or state, that he has only come to Hawera for a short time, to take all the Money he can, and bo off again out of the District. A. BROADBENT hereby declares most emphatically that such idea is not a fact ; that he would not have stayed for 20 weeks, at a positive loss, for any such purpose ; that he intends to settle, and found a Business and Home for his family. And is only waiting for the hind suprport , in a measure already tendered, of the Settlers and their Families , for which he returns thanks, and trusts that his long experience in the trade (both in England and the Colonies), coupled with first-class goods at the lowest possible price, will rally round him old friends and new during the Coming Winter Season of 1877.
