Why the landowners in the country districts are not allowed to elect representatives on the Board. 4. Why the General Government claim the right to nominate nearly one half of the Board. 5. Why the country settlers are considered incompetent to spend the money they have been taxed to pay. G. Why the country districts of the Patoa County requires such particular attention from the General Government, more than any other district in New Zealand. —f am &c., WAVERLEY.
