UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in me as Commissioner appointed by Ids Excellency the Governor to carry out the Regulations for the Sale of Lands taken for Settlements under “ The New Zealand Settlements Act, 1863,” in the Province of Taranaki, I do hereby notify that the Toavn, SuiiUKiJAN, and RUUaI Lands specified in the Schedule hereunder will be offered for Sale by Public Auction, in accordance with the said Regulations, at the Crown .Lands Office, nt noon on Saturday, the 15th day of July, 1876. 0.
