The Court therefore would suggest that each licensed house, should keep a visitors’ hook, in which they could enter any complaints that they had to make, and that this book should be produced at each licensing day. They would thus have the opportunity of bringing anything before the Court, without being compelled to attend. This concluded the business, and the Court then adjourned.
