SALE OF TOWN BOARD LEASES.

At the sale of the leases of town property on Saturday last, by Mr W. Cowern, all tlic sections offered were disposed of at good prices. Some were sold as building sites for 21 years, and the rest as paddocks for 1U years. The attendance of buyers was large, and the bidding animated throughout.
