IN exercise of the powers vested in me by “ The Roads and Bridges Ordinance, 1858, I hereby appoint that the RATES imposed under the provisions of the said Ordinance on all lands within the districts hereinundcr specified, shall be paid at the Provincial Treasury, Mount Eliot, as follows, vm : 3, 4th, sth, Cth, 7th, Bth, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 19th, 20th’ 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, and 26th on Satuuoav, the 2nd October. TENDERS will be received at this Office until 4 p. m. of Wednesday, 13th of October, 1875, for GRAVELLING 297 chains of road (more or less) from main road (through Ilawera) towards Ketcraarae. Specifications and general conditions may be seen at this office and at the Post Office, Ilawera, whore the proper form of Tender and all other information may be obtained.
