The Secretary will be in attendance at his office, on that day, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., to receive rates. For the convenience of settlers the Secretary will attend once at Manutahi and once at Hawera (on the dates mentioned below) to receive any rates that may be unpaid on the above date.
