CHRISTCHURCH, Mav 29. There has been little activity -in the grain and produce markets since last report. Practically all the wheat crop is now out of the hands of the farmers. The quotation for prompt fowlwheat is 5s 24d, f.0.b.. but some holders have ac cepted 5s 2d. , The potato position is unaltered and remains weak. Whites are worth £2 17s 6d a ton, f.0.b., equivalent to £2 a ton to growers. Dakotas are worth 5s a ton less.
