Dazzled by the headlights of a three: seater car on a country road near Leestoq one night last week, a hare leapt franti? cally in the air to save itself from being run over (says the Press). It crashed through the windscreen of the car, passed between the two occupants, and dropped dead in the middle of the seat. The in? side of the car was littered with broken glass, but the driver and passenger were practically unhurt.
