EXTRA EXPENSE INVOLVED “ A BREACH OF i'AITH.” TIMARU, Afay 25, Considerable time was devoted by delegates to the annual meeting of the Sonth Canterbury School Committees’ Association to the discussion of a decree by the Department of Dental Hygiene that in ad dition to the funds at present found by school committees towards the cost of dental clinics they each had to find a proportion of £3O for each nurse eugaged at any clinic. The following resolution was carried :— “That this association of school committees enters a strong protest against the addition of £3O towards the upkeep of the dental clinic, as it is a breach of faith with the school'committees.”
