W women do not have shiny noses?” ' lx Very few do—only those who still use the old-fashioned face powders. The great majority of Frenchwomen / nowadays either blend a little mousse ofcream with their face powder or ' they use Poudre Tokalon (in which Mousse of Cream is blended by a S' patented process) which completely does away with shiny noses.
