Telephones in colour, to match bedroom wallpaper, living room furnishings, and even bathroom floor covering, are much in vogue in the United States. Five different shades are being supplied. Mr J. C. Fairbairn. district telegraph engineer, Christchurch, said recently that none of the telephones had reached New Zealand yet, but he had no doubt that if there was a demand for them, a supply would be procured.
