CHRISTCHTJRCH, September 4. A very enjoyable afternoon tea was given on Thursday by Mts Wignam, Park terrace, for Miss Mathias; whose marriage to Mr J. Vernon takes place next week. Delicious j tea was served in the dining loom, after which the guests repaired to the billiard room, where sotne very interesting games were played.
