I The International Labour Conference complains that English workmen are seeking the exclusion of foreign workmen, and have disregarded the ChrLvti-mia Conference re-olution that members affiliated to union* should be admitted members of corresponding unions wherever they went. On Mr Appleton's instance the conference approved of the British Labour party's attempts to secure the application of the principles of the Foreign Enlistments Act to cases where there are organised blackleg expeditions to other States. J Buda-Pest was chosen as the next place [of conference.
