MOTOR CAR OVERTURNED
LONDON, September 2. 1 Lord De Clifford suddenly applied the brake to his motor car near Horshaiu in order to avoid a collision with a cart. Tlip motor 'nr overturned, an 1 Loid De Clifford ivas killed on the spot. j Sept-ember 5. | I At the inquest on the body of Lord De Clifford (who Jo^t hi.->.life in a motor accident) a farmer testified that his Lordship, finding tho road was too narrow, , ran into a bank, and took chances of , his oi\n life to fcavc the farmer. Lord De Clifford, who was the twentyfifth holder of tho title, was only 25 years of age, having been born on July 2, 1884. Ho succeeded to the t'tle in 1894, and was married in 1906. The heir to the title is his only son, "who was bom on January 30, 1902.
