The attendance was excellent at the auction rooms of Messrs Park, Reynolds (Ltd.) yesterday,, -when-" that* -firm submitted to auction two properties The first lot offered was .the mnexmred : term of lease from the Dancthn Gitv Corporation ot allotment 89 in a subdivision of section 6, block V-IL town district, containing 15.2 poles, fronting Anderson's Bay road, and" cottage of three rooms thereon. There was good competition, up to £90, at which figure Mr Win. Ritchie beeaime the purchaser. The other property offered was allotments 28 and *29 in a subdivision of sections I', 2, and 3, block VI, South Dunedin, and part section '4, block VI, South Dunedin, containing about 15 poles, fronting Wynyacrd street. The purchaser of this lot xiths Mr C. Jtfullins, whoee bid was £108 10s.
