SIR THEODORE MARTIN. LONDON, August 18. Sir Theodore Martin, author of "Life of the Prince Consort" and "Queen Victoria as I Knew Her," and a personal friend*, of the late Queen, is dead ; aged 93 years. Sir Theodore Martin, X.C.8., was born in Edinburgh on September 16, 1816.
