PAN-ANGLICAN CONGRESS
LONDON, August 17 The following further amounts have been allotted in connection with the PanAnglican thank - offerings : — Canada, £15,000; West Africa, £8000; China, £35,000 (?); New Zealand, £2000 for Teligious- education ; South America, £3000 ; New Guinea and Melanesia, £600 each The committee has not yet decided respecting the allotment to Australia. The Pan-Anglican allocations are not fresh awards, but the amounts previously cabled and now allocated mainly in accordance with local recommendations. The remainder of the decisions await the result of local inquiries.
