BERLIN, August 15,
Germany's deficit for the year ended March 31 was £18,800,000. The taxes on
imports realised £4,900,000 less than the Government's expectations.
The Berliner Zeitung says that Germany's naval policy is untenable financially.
Herr yon Linem (Prussian Minister) ihas Tesigned on the ground of ill-health. Ho will be succeeded by Lieutenantgeneral yon Heeringan.
