SYDNEY, August 9. While a Chinaman named Ah Foy was" spending a holdday with a countryman, named Ah Way the disappearance of Ah Foy roused suspicion. Ah Way stated that he had gone away,' but the polioe visited the hut and found Ah Foy dead in bed - with his head smashed in by an axe. Ah Way "was hanging, dead. It is supposed that Ah Way murdered Ah Foy in order to obtain £60 ..which the latter had in his possession, and then, becoming frightened as a result of the inquiries, committed suicide.
