EFkoh Oub Own Cobbespondeht.) OAMARU, August 9. T>espite the weaker tendency at Home, Jfrheat has ruled firm here throughout the iwaek— too firm, indeed, for the linking of jri.erchants and millers, and resulting in a diminution of business.
