AUCKLAND, July 27. The provisions of the award of the Arbitration Court in the Kiripaka colliery dispute aa-e the same in most le&pects as those in the previous award. The pillar rate remains at 2s per ton. if by expenmcet it is found to be too hi eh, the company will be justified in applying for a reduction.
