THE LATE MR SEDDON
• LONDON, March 6. The Bishop of Liverpool, in the couree of a dedication service at Eccleeton Church, St. Helens (Lancashire), inaugurated the new choir stalls that are intended as a memorial to the late Mr Seddon, Prime Minister of New Zealand.
