PRINCESS THEATBE.
j There was the customary crowded house ! at the Prmcess Theatre on Saturday night to greet the weekly change of programme submitted by Messrs Fullers' Vaudeville Company. There is no doubt that the star performers at present appearing are Hugh ' Lloyd (the loose rope aitist), and Les Reggiardos, Antonio and Kitty, who make meals of anything from knives and swords to electric light. Mr Lloyd, in his turn on Saturday, introduced one or two fresh and novel feats, and never once disappointed his audience. His clever and daring work wa? much admired, and he was frequently greeted with salvos of applause. The Reggiardos im- > port a lot of humour into their juggling and 1 sword swallowing, and whilst amazing the spectators with the boldness of their undertakings also keep them in .a simmer of laughter. Harry Salmon .and Ida Chester, who are making a reappearance, were seen to advantage in an enjoyable comedy sketch. " Miatrimonial Troubles," which was highly appreciated. Melvin and Frawley ' filled in a boisterous ten minutes. The Marlowe sisters, with their graceful dancing, were a pleasing feature of the entertainment, whilst Miss Marion Hall, Mr Harry Edwards, Bob Lloyd, and the Seyfer Twins w«re seen and heard in new items, and fully sustained the good impression previously formed of them on the minds of Fullers' patrons. The bioscope pictures, without which the vaudeville entertainment would not now be complete, were extremely good, and gave entire satisfaction. The orchestra, under Mr Fred. Stokes, lendeied ample assistance throughout - the evening. The «ame programme will be repoited this evening.
