Out of this sum an interim dh idend of 3s per share, or 5 per cent, was paid in July last, and tho directors that a final dmdend of the same amount (making a total distribution of 10 per cent, for the jeai) be now paid free of tax, and that the balance of £30,752 be carried forward. The necessary «tcps are being taken to obtain the sanction of the court to the repayment of capital, in accordance with the special re°olution passed at >the special meetings held in July and August last.
