CAPETOWN, February 19.

A punitive expedition killed and wounded 160 members 'of the Kisi tribe near Lake Terminus, on the Uganda railway, for attacking Mr Northcote, the district commissioner, an-d murdering an Indian trader. The tribe has now surrendered.
