A BILL TALKED OUT.
LONDON, February 15. A bill introduced to the House of Commons by Mr C. M'Arthur, providing for the appointment of commissioners to deal with ecclesiastical disorder was talked out. Mr John Talbot emphasised the statement that since the Royal Commissioners had been appointed certain practices had been dropped in many places at the instance of Bishop Walsh. He declared with regard to Mr Masterman's amendment in favour of disestablishment that this was not within half a century of practical politics.
