Nicholas Swectman (Mr Stout), John Cusack (Mr Lang), Henry Gordon Glassford (Mr Garth Ga'lawaj) Jare Hay (Mr Gascoignei, Elizabeth Ross Mackay (Mi Wilkinson), James ■ Reid (.Mi Reid). Elspeth Tulloch (Mr Reid). Letters of administration in the estates of the following deceased persons were granted- — Samuel Vanes (M^ Stephens), George Urban L ndl-ey (Mr Popplewell), James Taylor Dallas (Mr Inghs), Eleanor Elizabeth Bolton (Mr Hanlon), William Hazlett (Mr Lillicrap). The following general applications to his Honor were granted : — William Burke, deceased (Mr Baron).— Petition for leave to file affidavit of death — Order as prayed. Thomson, Bridger, and Co. v. Runisey and another (Mt Moore for plaintiffs). — Summons and statement of claim under " The Contractors aad Workmens' Lien Act, 1892.— Held over. David Dunn (deceased). Hay v. Ogilvie (Mr Stewart) — Originating summons for interpretation of will. — Order as in paragraphs 2 end 3; costs out of estate. Martin O'Brien, deceased (Mr Stout) — {Motion for confirmation of registrar's report. —Report confirmed Thomas Dall. deceased (Mr Woodhouse). — Petition by Public Trustee for leave to sell land. — Order as prayed. John Hetherington, deceased (Mr Bedford) — Ordar foT payment and transfer of whole estate absolutely on undertaking to maintain the infant children. Robert Ranger, dee&aseJ. (Mr Hay). — Originating summons under the Testator's Family Maintenance Act. — No appearance — ■ William George Tait (Acting Deputy Commissioner for Stamps, Dunedm) stated the value of the estate to be £406 0s Id. duty •having beeß paid on that amount. — Maria Amelia Ranger also gave evidence, and an ordei was made for payment to the Public out of the estate of the sum of £150 to each child; the amount to be paid by the •Public Trustee in such manner for the ■benefit of the son and daughter, as the Public Trustee shall deem fit.
