PRIME MINISTER'S ITINERARY.

WELCOMED EVERYWHERE. AUCKLAND. February 10.

The Prime Minister (Sir Joseph Ward> left this a-fternoon for Frankton. He will visit Morrinsville and Te Aroha to-morrow, and the three following days will be devoted to a tour of the goldfiekis. On Saturday Sir Joseph will open the newpost office at Cambridge, and on Wednesday next he will be present at the openmsr of the Rotorua carnival. He wili return to Auckland on Friday, February I*, and i attend a picnic on the 22nd. On the f%l- > lowing Monday he will probably leave on a. tour of North Auckland. HAMILTON, February 10. The Prime Minister arrived here from Auckland to-night. En route he received! informal deputations on various local • matters, including a request for post offices 'at Huntly and Pukekohe. Sir Joseph promised Mr Massey, Leader of the Opposition, who travelled with him from Otahuhu, that ho would look into the matter of a site for the Pukekohe office before leaving Auckland. A sum was voted for Huntly last session, and Sir Joseph indicated that the matter would be gone on with without delay. All along the rome the Prime Minister was enthusiastically received and cheered on leaving. He goes to Morrinsville and Te Aroha to-morrow, and will speak at a garden party at the latter place in the afternoon.
