February 8,

A company of the Foreign. Legion was surprised and scattered by a snovstorm near Fort Hassa, Algeria. Twenty-one ■ilead have been already recovered, and >thers are missing.

LONDON. February 6

Abd-el-Aziz has denied this, but his denial is interpreted to mean that a very zealous Moorish partisan had appealed to Germany.
