FOOT AND MOUTH DISEASE.

LONDON, February 6. A serious outbreak of the foot and" mouth disease has occurred at Gorgie, is Midlothian. Eighty-one cows out of 113 are affected. February 7. The herds on two Midlothian farms, totalling 200 cows, have been ordered to be destroyed, owing to an outbreak of foot and mouth disease.
