SYDNEY, January 31.

For some months past the "bears " have had it all their own way with Broken Hill shares, but yesterday - a revulsion 6et in on the Commonwealth Exchanges. There was something like a panic in the rush to secure 6Crip, which toad been heavily oversold, and prices fluctuated violently. The capital value of eight Broken Hill mines advanced in the aggregate by over £600,000, the Proprietary mine alone being appraised at over a quarter of a, million advance on Wednesday's value.
