TARIFF CONSIDERATION RESUMED.

MELBOURNE, January 23. The Senate reassembled to-day, and. cleared the board for consideration of the tariff to-morrow.

The Senate has passed the second reading of the tariff, and has commenced the consideration of the schedule.
