DISORDER IN RUSSIA
ST. PETERSBURG, January 8. The recent dismissal of 8000 dock labourers has created great insubordination at Sebastopol, and in order to prevent an outbreak the Black Sea fleet has been sent to sea. When the sailors' barracks were searched a list was found dividing the officers into three categories with varying degrees of punishment for each. j A. hundred powerful pyroxiline bombs have been discovered at Sebastopol and Simferopol, and it is believed they were designed to destroy the fleet.
