There appears to be no demand at pre»j sent for old wheat, but hone is * offering. Samples of new oats me 'coming forward, -» and- several sales have been made, mostly in- ■> email lots. A line of 1200 bushels of good ■ feed Gartons has changed hands at 2s iA at a ljd station, though this is now pro- - bably an outside price. About 1200 bushels of duns have been sold at 2s 3d, and light ■ - feed at 23 Id to 2s 2d. > Samples of bailey hiave been offered, but the quality has been mostly thin, and no bids for light feed lines have been made. Prime malting is in request, and 5s to 6a% 3d has been paid at country stations. Ryegxass is coming forward, Ja good manjr samples being light, but there is not a ready,, gale.
