winning score of Mrs Butrtarworth of 100 großß and 85 net being especially creditable. In ' the Foursomes, however, played in the afternoon, only a fair performance was given, as manifested by the fact that the winners i were 3 down on a -Bogey score of 94. ) During the forenoon. Miss Scott and Miss < Wilson played off for second place in the X/adies' Championship of Otago, Miss Scott •irinning with a score of 102, as against her opponent's 111, and therefore taking the position of nmner-up to Miss K. Rattray, who won the Championship. The First M<etlal Competition went to Miss Wilson (of Christchurch) . and the Second Medal Competition to Miss M'Lean (of Napier).
