Miss Gray, of the Devin Post Office staff, who has been on holiday in Australia, returns on Wednesday next. Mr. Edwin Horrobin, of Wanganui, has been appointed manager of the Bank of Australasia at Otaki in place of Mr. Stable, who goes into the head office at Wellington. Mr. Horrobin commences on his duties on Monday. A quiet but pretty wedding, only the near relatives of the contracting parties being present, was celebrated in St. Mary’s Church. Levin, on Monday evening last when Alias Winifred Duleie Hawke, youngest daughter of Air. and Airs. A. Hawke, of Levin, was married to Air. Roy Herrington Robinson. eldest sou of Airs, and the late .Tames Henry Robinson. of Foxton. | Rev. .1. C. Davies officiated.
