Nilsson, and Raymond Hatton. which will be sun at the Lyric pictures next: Pnday, the baleful influence of these beautiful gems, j.- admirably depicted. It is a pieturizution of Cynthia Stockley's South African romance "Pink Gods and Blue Demon-,'' and every scene of the picture ir- vibrant with emotion and thrill. The story deal.-, with two young women who fail under the sway of the little pink gods, and one vl' whom, 'he character portrayed by Bebe Daniels, falls into serious ditbeu'H when she resorts to theft to indulge her craving for the gems. How the other woman is misled by circumstances and ultimately finds happiness, is excellently shown. Other lilms of interest are a "Torchy" comedy, a Burton Holmes travelogue. Paramount news and a further episode of "In The Bays of Buffalo Bill."
