APPOINTMENT OF COUNTY CLERK.
At tho meeting of the Horowhenua County Council on Saturday Mr. F. H. Hudson, late assistant, was appointed to the position of County Clerk, left vacant by the retirement of Mr. P. W. Goldsmith to take over the secretaryship of tho Horowhenua Power Board.
