To the Editor. Sir, —I admit W.H.B. lias a good ease, and has all the best of the argument. If anyone should wear a lialo it is W.H.B. and I’ll recommend hint for one when I enter Parliament. Good luck to him, but why make such a fuss about nothing. There is a saying about * emptv vessels make the most sound. King off, W.H.B. —I am, etc., BIG BEK.
