Sir, —In answer to " Enquirer •'■ may I. state the Carnival is for general improvement of the whole of the domain. that four queens were selected by a committee (who were a bit premature), that the public generally will run the carnival, the executive will sec moniesare paid, and that advertising does pay —ivc will boost later.—Yours, WHY WORRY.
