The cake and sweet stall a very attractive one —v.as in charge of Mm Cockrell, Air.- Walter Taylor, and Mi-S Dorothy .Smith; the baudkeicbie! and d ’ovley stall-—a pretty one—in charge of Mrs Synnott and Mi-- Morrison: the works’ -tali -which attracted many buyer-—ia charge of Mr- Jrt *;;g. Mrs Wright and Mrs Lowry; and the proI duct stall- well laden--under the superI vision of Mr- A. Smith. Miss Bit truer and Mi-- Meta Taylor. The bran tubs, I where good business was transacted, were in charge of Mis- Maidb- Smith and Doris Oliver; the Xintir tre‘prettily arranged—was in eharge of Misse.- Janet Smith and Beatriee Keall, and the tea-roots- under th<- control of .Mrs Will Taylor, Mrs R, Hughe-, and .'Jr- Oliver. Much credit for the success of the affair is largely due to Mrs Geo. Taylor (President) who displayed a Jot of in t -rest. Cake competitions resulted: Under 1 - year.-, Patty Oliver i. Betty Oliver Commended; tinder 10 year.-, Joan Percival 1, Connie Evans 2. Doris Oliver commended.
