MANAKAU.
A monster gymkhana will be held at Manakau on Wednesday next, when sports will be the order of the day. There will also b« other attractions, including stalls, while in the evening a dance will bo held.
At a euchre party on Monday night Miss Lirwry won the ladies' prize and Mr “Bob” Evans the gents' trophy. Master E. Evans and Miss Rita Clarkson won the consolation prizes. During the evening [Miss Irma Be van and Mr Walsh aw rendered songs.
