Kilsby considered the proposed pipes too small, and main-j mined that a nine-inch pipe was needed in place of the six inch pipe. The! Aluyor considered the Engineer's ad- i vice should be acted on. but mentioned 1 that there would be no harm in con-j suiting a second qualified person. The Clerk stated that Mr .Tick ell's report i had still to come to hand, and in con-I sequence further discussion was post-* poued to the 22nd inst.
