To the Editor. Sir,—Will you kindly allow me a short space in your paper for my letter. which I hope will be read with greatest consideration of all. 1 would like to know why the people of Otaki have shown themselves disloyal to their dead heroes' Are you waiting for another war to tear away some more of your dear brothers.' Why have you been so careless to let outsiders know you do Dot wan: to remember the last great sacrifice your boy- made.' Otaki. don't let Manakati beat you: they have a war memorial, but you haven't and never will unless yi ir talented citizens get going. They will all help; don'l leave it to the committee; th'*y have du">all that ha- been done and you (the people) have left it to them. Strike while the iron is hid.
